Lite & Full Beta 10

While we are working hard to bring List Sync and Backup as soon as possible, here are some tiny features to make your Mighty Grocery Shopping List experience even more joyful:

  1. Configurable measurement units to add/change/hide measurement units and provide desirable increase/decrease rate. Just visit More –> Units and adjust units to your taste. Also introducing a setting to show “1 ea” or “>” button in shopping list.
  2. Disable screen lock/timeout in shopping list. To activate this feature, “Disable screen lock” setting should be set to On. Default value is Off to keep your phone safe. Full version only.
  3. Directions field in Recipes to keep cooking steps in addition to recipe ingredients. To access Directions field, click (i) on Recipe details page or click (>) next to a recipe on the list of recipes.
  4. Minor fixes.

Look forward to hearing your comments.

What is the “Directions field” ?

    • Alex says:

      Alexey, thanks for your question.

I have just added some comments to the text above. Directions field keeps cooking steps for a meal. Usually, just knowing ingredients is not enough to get a nice meal cooked. So Directions field will provide guidance to how put all ingredients together.

      Thanks again for your interest.

  2. Cathy Svejkovsky says:

I have to send my HTC Incredible in for repair, and I don’t want to lose my shopping list in case they have to wipe the phone. How can I save it? Thanks. Love this app!

    • Alex says:

Hi Cathy, thank you for your feedback and your question.

Kindly note that in order to save all your grocery data, including shopping lists in Mighty Grocery, you need to create a backup on cloud. Later, if you get a new phone, you will just login to the account you’ve created and restore all data. More details are available in Sync with Cloud User’s Guide.

A friendly reminder: please store your Account ID and your account’s owner password in a safe place.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
